In this role, you will work within a team that specialises in designing and deploying digital projects &/or campaigns (underpinned by our proprietary technology) for the purpose of enhancing and improving clients' cross-device lead and customer generation campaigns. You will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with current and prospective clients, delivering fantastic end-to-end digital projects and experiences. Additionally, you’ll be working within a collaborative environment, offering you guidance, training and support.

Contribute to the optimisation of projects and campaign initiatives by assisting LI licence holders and internal stakeholders (clients) from initial setup through execution and beyond.
A client-support role that requires significant written and verbal communication to end users.
Directly engage with clients, predominantly large consumer brands or agencies, to oversee relationships, offer strategic recommendations, and establish shared priorities.
Offer technical and support expertise to identify operational or campaign issues and contribute to their resolution. Additionally, validate delivered functionality against established specifications or requirements.
Assisting LI clients through the formulation and delivery of technical and campaign suggestions.
Efficiently optimise existing campaigns and develop new ones in accordance with client goals, all while cultivating and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Offer daily technical guidance and support, working in close collaboration with the team to rapidly devise technical solutions for our client's marketing and advertising campaigns. Sample tasks involve integrating third-party data into our platform to enhance marketing optimisation and analysis capabilities, working with client and design teams to develop and build marketing funnel and campaign assets such as responsive microsites, emails, and tailored on-site messaging, connecting and integrating external CRM, data and ad platforms, advise and set validation controls, test tracking and build clear and insightful reports and dashboards.
Engage with the development team to pinpoint technical and operational remedies for advancing the platform's functionalities.
Ensure the accuracy of campaign and marketing reports, supervise meticulous campaign trafficking, and continuously improve client metrics, including ROAS.
Set up and provide training meetings to educate clients on the platform’s features and communicate how our technology addresses their business requirements.
Actively seek new technological and marketing/ad platform trends and contribute to the team by suggesting innovative ideas.
Work effectively under pressure and against deadlines at times.

A hands-on internet technologist, passionate about web technology with a good understanding of digital advertising and related technologies.
Experience working in a technical, operational or customer-facing environment.
Skilled at communicating with individuals of varying technical backgrounds, while also being a confident provider of technical support and advice.
Superb organisational and time management skills - proficient in prioritisation and meeting deadlines - exhibits a self-motivated and proactive work approach.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people with ease.
Enthusiastic troubleshooter and constructive team collaborator.
Advantageous if have experience with cloud-based marketing and advertising platforms, such as, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Outbrain, Taboola, DevOps &/or campaign operations experience, advanced Excel, coding skills, advertising platforms & advertisement tracking tags, and data and analytics experience.
Advanced quantitative analysis, solid business acumen and problem-solving.
Having more than 2 years of experience in an IT and/or technology company or department is preferred, and possessing any background or qualifications related to digital marketing and AdTech would be highly beneficial.
